See you at DrupalCon Portland 2022!
It's been three looong years since the Drupal community gathered in Seattle (and two and a half since Amsterdam). DrupalCon Portland is the reunion we've been waiting for, and we can't wait to get there and share.
Virtual events are nice for keeping tabs on what your peers are doing, but nothing beats the large scale casual exchange of ideas at an event like DrupalCon. We recommend using the event to reconnect to the high level developments in various Drupal initiatives and using sessions and smaller conversations to go deep on the topics most directly impactful to your work.
To that end, we'll have the Centarro booth 404/406 setup to chat about all things Drupal Commerce! If you're planning, building, or operating a Drupal Commerce site, we'd love for you to come tell us about it. The impact our modules have on individuals, families, and companies all over the world gives meaning to our work that transcends the mere writing of a module or theme.
We'll also be showing off Commerce Kickstart 3.0, the fastest way to start building on Drupal Commerce. We've rethought and rebuilt the most popular Drupal distribution to serve a useful starting point for developers and an attractive demo for those evaluating or selling Drupal Commerce.
Swing by any time for a hands on demo or get the full story in our session Accelerating Drupal Commerce Adoption through a new Commerce Kickstart on Thursday, April 28 at 1 PM (Room B114-115).
Finally, it's not enough just to learn about Drupal Commerce to help your merchants find success. There's a whole world of eCommerce domain knowledge you need to architect a site and even more to help them grow their stores once launched.
To that end, we're using our lightning talk on Monday, April 25 at 12:50 PM (Trade Show Theater near our booth) to recap The ABCs of PDPs and PLPs. Quickly learn how to arrive at an appropriate architecture for your Product Display Pages / Listing Pages and be exposed to the tools we recommend to give your merchants world class merchandising capabilities.
Folks who stop by the booth and / or a session are eligible to enter our drawing for one of three copies of the recently published book Digital Marketing with Drupal. Written by long time Drupal contributor José Fernandes (a.k.a. introfini), the book features an entire chapter on how to improve the marketing of a Drupal Commerce store. We'll have a couple copies at the booth for you to thumb through as well!
We're super stoked for the week and looking forward to a great time. Portland is chock full of good food and beverage, and the natural setting of the Columbia River Gorge is one of the most beautiful parts of the USA. We hope you join us and have a great time yourself. 😎
